Relocation Opportunities
Relocation services or "employee relocation" includes a range of internal business processes that are engaged to transfer employees, their families, and/or entire departments of a business to a new work location. Such business processes can include domestic residential services where an employee moves within a country or state. Our relocation services division directs and manages the process of relocation including arranging necessary documents, finding a new house, and providing area information.
Referrals and relocation services are our area of specialization because the information, skills and services necessary to handle referrals and relocation customers require special training, monitoring, supervision and commitment. Relocation and referrals are an additional source of income for sales associates.
Affinity Programs
We will help you secure affinity relationships with local, regional, and national companies in our area, you essentially allow them to market your real estate services for you, thus gaining a larger opportunity for leads from their employee/membership base.
